Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted. We are not responsible for lost or damaged mail. Once the orders leave our studio, it is out of our hands and claims must be filed with USPS. Thank you for understanding.

What you need to know about our products
Not all our products are suitable for everyone. Our products are generally well tolerated and safe, however first try small amount initially when starting a new product to make sure you don't have allergic reaction. Our products are not substitute for any medical treatment, you should always consult your physician if you have any chronic or others physical conditions, and/or if you are pregnant, nursing, or elderly.
Safety and Storage
Essential oils are concentrated, potent plant extracts and should be used with reasonable care.
They are very effective and safe when used appropriately. It takes a small amount to induce a powerful therapeutic benefit. Never apply oils directly to the eyes or ear canals.
After applying essential oil blends, avoid eye contact or the touching of sensitive areas.
Always wash your hands after using essential oils. If you have remnants of essential oils on your hands and you rub your eyes or scratch the inside of your ears, you could experience a severe adverse reaction. Essential oils shouldn’t come into contact with eyes and ears.
If essential oils get into your eye, you can do one of two things: Soak a cotton swab in food-grade fatty oil like coconut or olive. Wipe the swab over your closed eyelid ore immediately flush the area with clean water. As you begin to incorporate our essential oils blends in your daily routine, start with smaller doses throughout the day, just 1-2 times. This will allow you to more closely monitor your body’s unique response to the essential oils.
If you’re experiencing skin irritation, use a fatty oil or cream to absorb the essential oil and wipe it away. If you’re interested in using essential oils during pregnancy, talk to your healthcare provider before use. Never use photosensitizing oil blend before UV exposure.
Photosensitive oils react to sources of UV rays. Oils with concentrated amounts of furanoids include any cold-pressed citrus oil such as bergamot, grapefruit, lemon, and lime, wild orange. It is best to wait a minimum of twelve hours after topical application of photosensitive oils before being exposed to UV rays.

Store our essential oil blends and products in a cool, dry place or your refrigerator.
Exposure to light can cause oxidize quickly. Make sure the caps are airtight. Exposure to air can cause oils to oxidize just as much as exposure to sunlight.
